NOTICE: Starting July 15th 2025 once you have reached 3 months after your full consultation and/or free appointments a request for renewal of a medication without an appointment will be charged $35. Since there may be need for review or discussion, some requests will not be honoured without a follow up appointment.

NOTE I WON’T BE AVAILABLE FOR THE FOLLOWING DURING HOLIDAYS

  4. Faxed requests from pharmacy for refills

The dates are:

  1. December 21 to December 28, 2025
  2. December 31 to January 4th, 2025
  3. February 10 to February 19, 2025

Please mark your calendar! Check your status and contact me as needed prior to, or between these dates to ensure you have the treatment you need!

Note that as always I do not respond to DMs or emails on weekends and holidays. You can normally expect a response within 24-48 hrs.
